Option 1: WINDOWS PASSWORD HINT
Option 2: Windows PASSWORD RESET DISK:-
This is an Easy and Effective method but you must have
created a windows password reset disk first, before you lost your windows
password. NOTE: The password reset disk will only work for that account it was
created for and cannot be used to reset the password for another account.
Option 3: SYSTEM RECOVERY OPTIONS:-
This can also help you when you need to reset Windows
password. You can either use a Windows Installation disc or the recovery
options provided by your computer manufacturer to access the System Recovery
Options. You can also create a system repair disc by yourself.
HOW TO CREATE A SYSTEM
REPAIR DISC
1. Type
system repair disc into the search box in the
Start menu and press ENTER or copy from here and paste into your search box
then press ENTER.
2.
Insert an empty CD/DVD into the optical
drive and click create disc.
This creates the system repair
disc.
HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM REPAIR DISC YOU CREATED
Step 1.To start the system Recovery Options, Insert the system
repair disc into the optical drive and reboot the PC via the disc. This can be
done by shutting down your system (laptop, desktop). Step
2.Turn on the system again then you will see an on-screen message which
reads: Press any Key to Boot from CD or DVD…. Step 3.Then press any button on your keyboard.
Note: If you are not prompted to press any key to
boot from CD, all you have to do is boot your system as usual, click your Start
button,
go to Computer or My Computer
depending on your version of Windows, locate your CD/DVD drive, right-click on
it, click properties, then note the name of your CD drive as this may help you
in setting your system boot order. Try restarting your PC. While restarting,
keep pressing F2 button until you enter setup, go to Boot, you will see a list
of drives, then scroll down to the name you noted before. Now use F5 button to
move it to the top so that it becomes the Number one option on the list. After
that, repeat Step 2 and Step 3 accordingly.

Select your Windows installation
from the list when prompted. The system Recovery options are now displayed.
Option 4: WINDOWS PASSWORD RESET SOFTWARE:-
This can be used when there is no
password reset disc or system repair disc, whether you log on to your PC or

Windows Login Recovery
Download and install the above
software in any accessible computer, a cyber cafĂ© or a friend’s computer.
Create a bootable CD/DVD or USB
Flash drive with the software.
Set CD- ROM or USB device as the
first boot device in BIOS for your PC. (See Note above for
directions)
Boot your PC from the created
CD/DVD or USB Flash drive and reset Windows Password. Now you are good to go..
